Used spectrum & signal analyzers
A spectrum analyzer is the workhorse of every RF bench: it shows what is on the air, how clean a transmitter is and where interference comes from. We stock used benchtop and portable analyzers from Keysight (Agilent / HP), Rohde & Schwarz and Anritsu, from general-purpose models like the ESA and CXA to high-performance PSA, EXA and FSP / FSV analyzers.

Buying a used spectrum analyzer: what to check
- Frequency range, including whether you need external mixing above it
- Installed options (preamp, phase noise, noise figure, EMC, analysis bandwidth)
- Displayed average noise level (DANL) and phase noise for your signals
- Calibration: current certificate, or calibration before shipping
Every unit is inspected and function-tested before it ships, and each listing shows photos of the actual unit, its installed options and, where it has one, the calibration date. Most specifications on our listings are taken from the manufacturer's datasheet and linked to it.
Options matter as much as the model: a preamplifier, phase noise or noise figure personality, wider analysis bandwidth or external mixing can turn a general analyzer into exactly the tool your application needs. Ask us if you are unsure which options you need, or if you need a specific configuration we don't have listed.
Tell us what you need and a real person will answer, usually within one business day.
