From CW sources for receiver testing to vector generators for modern modulation, a good signal generator sets the quality of every measurement downstream. We carry used analog and vector signal generators and synthesized sweepers from Keysight (Agilent / HP), Rohde & Schwarz and Anritsu, up to 40 GHz and beyond.

Buying a used signal generator: what to check
- Frequency range and output power across the band you need
- Step attenuator (low output levels) and high-power options
- Modulation: AM / FM / pulse, or full I/Q vector modulation
- Phase noise and harmonics for your application
Each generator is inspected and function-tested, with photos of the actual unit and its installed options. Classic sweepers like the HP 8360 series and Anritsu 683xx / 693xx remain excellent, affordable microwave sources; newer models add vector modulation and faster switching.
Check the options carefully: step attenuator, high output power, pulse modulation and 1 Hz resolution are all options on many models and change what the instrument can do. We are happy to confirm a configuration before you buy.
