Overview
HP/Agilent 83620A synthesized sweeper covering 10 MHz to 20 GHz. This unit has options 001 and 006 installed, is sold used and calibrated, and comes with a NIST-traceable calibration.
Installed options
001Add Step Attenuator- Adds a built-in step attenuator so the output level can be set much lower, down to -110 dBm, for low-level signal testing.
006Fast Pulse Modulation- Adds fast rise-time pulse modulation of the RF output for pulsed measurements.
