Anritsu 69177A synthesized sweep generator covering 10 MHz to 50 GHz with CW, step and analog sweep. This unit is calibrated and has Options 11, 16 and 19 installed, giving 0.1 Hz resolution, a high-stability time base and SCPI programming.
