Overview

Keysight N9000A CXA signal analyzer covering 9 kHz to 7.5 GHz, fitted with the preamplifier and the 6 GHz tracking generator. This unit is used and calibrated.

Installed options

507 Frequency range, 9 kHz to 7.5 GHz: Sets the analyzer's measurement range from 9 kHz up to 7.5 GHz.
P07 Preamplifier, 9 kHz to 7.5 GHz: Lowers the displayed noise floor so smaller signals can be seen across the whole range.
T06 Tracking generator, 6 GHz: Adds a built-in source that follows the analyzer sweep for scalar network measurements such as filter and cable response.
PC5 Processor / Windows 7 upgrade: Gives the instrument computer a faster processor running Windows 7.
SSD Solid-state drive: Replaces the hard disk for faster boot and response.
