Overview
Agilent E4440A PSA spectrum analyzer covering 3 Hz to 26.5 GHz, or up to 325 GHz with external mixers. Installed options are the 1DS preamplifier, AYZ external mixing, 226 phase noise measurement and 239 EMC measurements.
Installed options
1DSPreamplifier- Built-in preamplifier for 100 kHz to 3 GHz, about 28 dB nominal gain, for a lower noise floor on weak signals.
AYZExternal mixing- Lets you connect external waveguide mixers to measure above the analyzer's own 26.5 GHz range.
226Phase noise measurement- Adds one-button phase noise measurements with log plots.
239EMC measurements- Adds CISPR EMI bandwidths and detectors, including quasi-peak, for pre-compliance EMC testing.
