The Keysight N9913A FieldFox is a handheld combination analyzer covering 30 kHz to 4 GHz. This unit is new in box and is configured with TDR cable measurements, a spectrum analyzer, interference analysis with spectrogram, and a variable DC bias source.

215 TDR cable measurements: Time-domain reflectometry in cable mode helps locate cable faults and shows their nature.
233 Spectrum analyzer: Adds a spectrum analyzer to the FieldFox for signal measurements up to 4 GHz.
